Being so serious about losing weight, with the help of the internet, I discovered the amazing effect of this detoxifying drink that I am drinking now.

In my two weeks of having this as part of my daily diet, I saw the great improvement in my body, like losing weight. With two glasses before breakfast and 8 to ten glasses within the day, I really felt refreshed and energized every day.

Since I am neither a nutritionist nor a doctor, I don’t really know how this drink works. But according to my researches, like me, many were already satisfied and amazed of this simple homemade mixture.

So how do you do it? Here’s a very simple guide on how to make your homemade detoxifying drink.

You have to prepare the following.

2 liters of Clean Potable Water.

1 medium Cucumber Sliced circular or Half Moon.

Assuming that you have gathered all these ingredients, you just need to combine them all and let it settle for 4 hours in the fridge. You can then drink 2 glasses before breakfast and continue refilling it with water. Just make sure to keep the mixture refrigerated to avoid spoilage. If you have already consumed 8 glasses from the mixture, you can now make a new one.

If you don’t want to make this as replacement of your water, drinking 2 glasses before breakfast is enough. Drinking plain water is okay for the whole day. If you want to boost your craving for water, add few drops of lemon to your glass of water. This will make your water alive keeping you fit and healthy.

Always remember that dieting is not about starving yourself. It as about 80% of what you eat or consume inside your body  and 20% of exercise.
